PLA Media Adds Rising Country Artist, Robert Bacon, To Their Roster
PLA Media is proud to announce the addition of Robert Bacon to their lineup of talented artists. The Music Row publicity firm welcomes Robert’s modern blend of contemporary country with the melodies and lyrics reminiscent of the genre’s trailblazers in the 90s.
The singer/songwriter joins PLA following his success of 2021, which landed him on 47 Spotify curated playlists with his track What Christmas Means to Me. In 2022, Bacon and PLA are teaming up for endeavors that include his forthcoming single, Drinkin’ Thinkin’, hitting online retailers and streaming services on Friday, March 18.

About Robert
Robert was born on an army base in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Coming from a military family instilled in him a patriotic love for his country.
Robert grew up on a farm in the Midwest listening to country legends George Jones, Loretta Lynn, The Oak Ridge Boys, and The Statler Brothers. But, it was the musical talents of Alan Jackson and George Strait that developed his love and passion to pursue country music. He has spent his musical career playing at fairs, festivals and venues from Kansas City to Kentucky to Nashville.
Robert is married to the love of his life, Jessica, who has been by his side since 2011. He’s enjoyed being a father to his stepdaughter, Lauren and a proud military dad to his son, Tylor, a Marine Veteran.
Robert is prepping a schedule of new material to release in 2022 starting with his first single Drinkin’ Thinkin’. In November 2021, Robert released What Christmas Means To Me co- written with his producer. The holiday track would land on nearly 50 playlists upon release and the corresponding videos acquired over 250,000 views on YouTube. This Show-Me State native feels incredibly blessed to have an amazing team and musicians that have been on this journey with him from the start.
