In the show’s third episode, Bruce sits down with Frampton as he shares milstones about his rock legacy and seemingly countless collaborations with music industry legends. This episode is set to air nationally on PBS on Saturday, July 15 at 7:30 PM.

After recording the episode with Frampton, Bruce said: “Frampton’s a genuinely nice guy, a lovely cat! I think he’s one of the great unsung guitar heros, because his voice was so unique and fun to listen to and because he’s such a great songwriter. There was so much talent jumping out of Peter at one time, it was hard to catch it all.”

About Trey Bruce

Emmy-Award winning songwriter Trey Bruce moved to Nashville just in time for the 1990’s country music boom. He signed with MCA Music shortly after arriving in Nashville and his first demo became a hit single. After three years at MCA, Trey co-founded a small publishing company called Big Tractor Music with record producer Scott Hendricks. There he received 16 ASCAP Awards, an Emmy Award for best original song, and the first five of 10 #1 singles, multiple top five and 10 hits and an Academy of Country Music Song of the Year nomination. Trey became a record producer shortly after these major feats.

Trey left Big Tractor Music in 2005 to start a publishing venture with Chrysalis Music and became Head of A&R and Creative in the Nashville office. There Trey signed and developed new artists, such as GAC’s KingBilly, Big Machine’s Chris Janson, Warner’s Charlie Worsham, American Idol’s Kree Harrison, and TJ and John Osborne of Brothers Osborne. Trey wrote a plethora of new songs with music legends all the way from Duff McKagan, Maren Morris, Carrie Underwood, Randy Travis, and Richard Marx.

Fast forward to 2013 and Trey started his own music publishing and artist development company called Galore Entertainment. It is no secret that Trey loves writing and producing music. This bio just scratches the surface of his accomplishments after his 25 years of experience in the music industry in Nashville and beyond.
