Eighteen years of Southern California police experience with service as a robbery-homicide investigator, hostage negotiation team leader, and detective sergeant.  Currently, an instructor/consultant for a private firm that provides training on homicide investigation and psychological profiling to law enforcement agencies throughout the country.
