Executive Chef Skylar Bush

The Honeysuckle, a Franklin, TN based-restaurant that has received rave reviews from the Tennessean, Southern Exposure and Nashville Lifestyles, will be debuting their local and regionally sourced fall menu under new Executive Chef Skylar Bush on Monday, October 10th. Guests will be treated to Chef Bush’s passionate plates of eclectic Southern cuisine.

“We’ve worked so hard to ensure that our patrons are served dishes made with honest ingredients putting a focus on no hormone, no antibiotic meats and organically raised vegetables from area farms and farmer’s markets,” says Bush. “Some signature items will include Springer Mountain Farm free range chicken, Blackhawk farm organically fed beef and a Bear Creek Farms all natural pork belly.”

The full fall menu will premiere Monday, October 10th featuring food pairings with Honeysuckle mixologist customized cocktails poured with alcohol from local distilleries and breweries.
